How and Where to file Money Damage Claim against Lawyer / Judge and other Gov. employee incl. Gov. Dog = Cops?

 

Many of us consider " Bar Association " to file complaint against lawyers and go " State Judicial Review" to file complaint against judge.

Above 2 are the least options due to the old say " Bureaucrats protect each another", in statewide, they know each other, so they tend to protect each other more.

 

So, best option to file complaint and even get compensation for the damage they caused is :

1. Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts >Rules & Policy >Federal Tort Claims ( only claims for money damage Claims based on the exercise or performance of, or the failure to exercise or perform, a discretionary Government function which means gov. employee failure to exercise that degree of care, skill, or diligence a reasonable person would exercise under similar circumstancesand the maximume amount can be claimed for damage pls. see 28 U.S.C 2675(b) )

 

2. Office of U.S attorney General > Report Waste, Fraud, Abuse or Misconduct to the Inspector General for misconduct concerning Department of Justice employees, contractors, and grantees,

or

Report violations of civil rights or civil liberties File a complaint with the Office of Professional Responsibility

File a discrimination complaint against a recipient of financial assistance from OJP and COPS or from other Department of Justice agencies
